研究概要

1.暑熱時のヒトの鼓膜温の左右差は、頭部発汗量、皮膚静脈血流動態の左右差に由来する可能性を認め(永坂)、acetazolamide負荷により脳血流増加時の鼓膜温は、健常者とクモ膜下出血軽症例では低下、同重症例では上昇したことより、鼓膜温に反映される脳温の規制因子に関する見解を示した(小川)。2.頚髄損傷患者で、微小神経電図法による皮膚交感神経活動の左右差が下肢より上肢で著明で、刺激応答には左右差が少ないことから、脊髄内外の交叉神経の存在を推定し(間野)、温熱発汗促進性の視床下部脊髄路は脊髄側索の前外方を下行し、頚髄損傷では顔面を含む同側半身の発汗低下,上部胸髄中心部の損傷では上肢・上胸部の発汗障害(顔面発汗は不定)をきたすことを認めた(糸山)。さらに、麻酔ラットの視床下部内での切断や加温により、皮膚血管運動に関与する視束前野からの遠心路に、中脳で腹側被蓋野への抑制性入力と中心灰白質/網様体への興奮性入力の2系統があるとの示唆を得た(彼末)。3.神経血流の調節にCGRP作動性求心性神経の逆行性興奮による軸索反射性の血管拡張が関与することを示した(佐藤)。4.正常者では、起立負荷時の血圧は主に下肢での交感神経活動の上昇による血管抵抗増加で保持され、起立性低血圧群ではその減弱のみならず,上肢でも低下傾向をみ、起立性低血圧では,交感神経活動の地域差としての、起立時の下肢での特異性が失われることを示した(高橋)。5.脳血管障害患者の四肢血流動態、手掌発汗の左右差の様相を精査しその多様性を認め(渡邊)、また、右半球障害では、各種刺激に対する皮膚電気活動の変化が乏しいことを認め、半球優位性の存在を示唆した(片山)。さらに、脳虚血により両側海馬体に限局した神経細胞壊死をもつサルとラットでは、特定の認知・記憶の障害を来すことをみ、また脳虚血による片側性海馬体神経細胞壊死ラットのモデルの作製に成功した(小野)。
