研究概要

1.ラットの一過性脳虚血に伴う脳部位の血行動態を機能的核磁気共鳴画像により調べ,海馬体CAI領域が有意に影響されることを認めた(小野).2.体温調節性の皮膚血管反応には視束前野の温感受性ニューロンからの遠心性信号が腹側被蓋野で抑制性に,中脳中心灰白質付近では興奮性に伝達することを示した(彼末).3.吸息または呼息時に気道抵抗を入れた呼吸による導出動脈の血流動態の変化やCO_2吸入時の換気促進時眼角静脈血流の頭蓋内への流入増加によって脳温が変化することを鼓膜温測定により確認した(永坂).4.脳血管障害の麻痺側で前腕,手掌の発汗量が同時に増加することを観察した(渡邊).また脳血管障害患者の左右手掌の皮膚電気活動(EDA)のパワースペクトルを比較し,右大脳障害では左大脳障害に比し,種々精神刺激によるEDA振幅の低下が著明で,交感神経の半球優位性の存在を推測した(片山).5.皮膚刺激による交感神経性循環反射には脳を介するものと脊髄性のものがあり,前者は広範囲の刺激が有効で左右差はなく,後者は脊髄分節性で偏側性をもつことを示した(佐藤).また皮膚圧が脊髄分節を介して同側皮膚血管収縮を誘起し,また頭位変化,皮膚圧,星状神経節ブロックが鼻腔粘膜,口腔粘膜血行に対して異なった機序による効果を及ぼすことを観察した(小川).6.前庭温度刺激により筋交感神経活動が賦活され,眼振の方向に強い傾向を認めた(間野).7.^<123>I-MIGBを用いたシンチグラムにより,種々の自律神経不全症疾患,とくにpanautonimic failureやfamilial amyloid polyneuropathyで四肢末端部でのMIGBの取り込みが低下し,上肢より下肢で著しいことを認め,この方法による四肢交感神経機能の評価が有効であると結論した(高橋).8.炎症性の海綿静脈洞症候群において瞳孔支配の交感・副交感神経の同時障害を来しうることから,瞳孔左右差の明所及び暗所での比較観察が重要であることを示した(斎藤・糸山).
