研究概要	本年度の研究計画に従い、以下の研究成果を擧げた。 1.先天性脳形態形成不全の一種Miller-Dieker症候群の原因遺伝子産物であるPAFアセチルハイドロヒドロラーゼアイソ-フォームIIの神経分化過程での役割を解明した(井上)。2.ヒト12-リポキシゲナーゼのプロ-モータ領域の正と負の転写調節因子を同定、及びシクロオキシゲナーゼ遺伝子の転写調節因子を同定(山本)。3.チトクロームP-450(11β)とP-450(aldo)の遺伝子の腎臓における機能を解明し遺伝的高血圧発症との関与を示唆した(岡本)。4.P450遺伝子群の転写調節因子Ad4BPのノックアウトマウスを解析し、それは副腎と性腺が無く1週間で死ぬ。またAd4BP遺伝子の転写調節機構を解析した(諸橋)。5.CYP11B1遺伝子のプロモータ領域のAp-1は発現に必須で、Ad4BPの結合を抑制する。また、CYP11B1とB2の両方を発現しない機能未知な細胞層を発見した(石村)。6.腎臓の1α,25-ヒドロキシビタミンD-24-水酸化酵素の遺伝子発現の負の調節因子を発見した(須田)。7.DP,IP受容体のキメラを作製し、G蛋白活性化部位、リガンド結合認識部位のあることを示唆し、それらのノックアウトマウスを作製した(成宮)。8.PGJ2の遺伝子応答配列と制御因子を解明した(市川)。9.PAF受容体遺伝子のマクロファージにおける遺伝子発現を解明した(清水)。10.レチノイン酸受容体によるミドカイン遺伝子発現とそれらによる神経細胞の生存維持と増殖に関与スル蛋白を同定した(村松)。11.グルココルチコイドによる急性期蛋白のα1-酸性糖蛋白の転写活性化諸因子を解明した(大場)。
