研究概要

本年度は、平成7年1月28日(土)に京大会館にて研究発表会を開いて研究成果の検討を行った。主な研究成果は以下の通りである。
1.インテグリンのα5サブタイプが成長円錐内に高濃度に局在している。この所見は成長円錐がフィブロネクチンに対するリセプターであることを示している。
2.N-カドヘリンが再生軸索同士および再生軸索とシュワン細胞間の接触部位に局在していることを示した。
3.bFGFが再生軸索の伸長を促進する効果を持つこと、その効果はシュワン細胞の基底膜にbFGFが結合して基底膜に接触する再生軸索に直接作用するものであることを示した。
4.エキシマレーザーの照射によって神経組織がどの様に傷害されるかを調べ、グリア細胞のみが傷害される条件を追求した。
5.末梢神経および中枢神経においてNGF産生細胞を調べ、産生促進の薬理学的条件(alkylcatechol 投与など)を調べた。
