研究概要	環境変化と言う場合対象とする分野が様々である。本研究では、IGBPのほかのCorc Projectとの重複を避け、衛星データ利用による広域の植生・土地利〓、土壌水分、雪氷、海岸の基礎生産力等に絞ることにし、オゾン分布についても若干の検討をすることにした。地球環境の変化と言ってもパラメータによっては、〓変化に比べて年変化は1桁小さい〓もある。このために衛星データから変化量を抽出するためには、〓〓地域内に幾つかのモニタリングサイトを設けて詳細な地上データ(グランドロルー〓ータ)を蓄積して、これを利用して衛星データから広域の情報を得なければならない。このために地域の特徴を考慮して、代表的なモニタリングサイトの候補地の選定をした。対象が多くの分野にわたるのでそれぞれの研究分担者が中心になって研究者の連絡網の整備を行うとともに、利用可能な衛星、特に衛星センサの特徴例えば、センサの感度変化の特徴等を明らかにし、問題点の抽出も行った。衛星情報の整備に関しては、特に衛星の開発、運用等を担当している〓〓〓星センタ、宇宙開発事業団(日本)、CNES(フランス)、ESA(欧州宇宙機関)、〓〓(アメリカ)、NOAA(アメリカ)等の関係者との連絡網を確立し、研究の概要等の情報〓を行った。例えば日本の静止気象衛星の感度について検討した結果では、ひまわり3号では1985年12月-1986年9月の間に約5%ぐらいの感度の低下が認められた。また地球観測衛星ランドサット(アメリカ)のデータに関する検討では、センサの〓〓に短期、長期の変動があり、日本(宇宙開発事業団)とアメリカ(NASA)の〓〓法により、同一の場所の観測データの処理したものに衛星搭載センサに内蔵されている校正用光源データの利用法の差によるものと思われる系統的な差のあることが確認された。問題点の抽出に関しては、衛星センサの整合性、特に異なる〓〓のインターキャリブレーションの問題のあることが判明した。この成果は、〓〓の代表者がコンビーナになっているCOSPARの、環境モニタリングのための衛星センサ校正と応用というシンポジューム招待講演を行う事になっている。
