有機導体の低次元電子相と電子相関

研究概要	この研究の目的は,原子よりも構造的に複雑な分子をベースとして作られる低次元性有機導体において,電流の担い手となる低次元電子系の構造とダイナミクスを,物理学と有機物理化学との緊密な協力のもとに解明することである。具体的には,BEDT-TTF分子,TMTSF分子およびDCNQI分子などを母体とする2次元・1次元性導体を対象とし,磁場誘起スピン密度波などの反強磁性相,電子系の“重く"なった状態など,電子相関と低次元性の絡み合った電子状態の本質を解明する。本年度は,擬1次元性と擬2次元性を併せ持つと考えられる(BEDT-TTF)2KHg(SCN)4の低温・低磁場・低圧領域での異常相の解明においては,異常相と高圧正常相との関係を明らかにし,正常相から異常相への移り変わりの様相をフェルミ面形状の立場から解明した。しかし,今までの理論では理解できない新たな磁気抵抗の振動を発見したので,現在その起因を考察中である。また,擬1次元性をもつTMTSF系物質の磁場下の電子状態の解明では,(TMTSF)2PF6,(TMTSF)2AsF6のスピン密度波多相状態について,0.5Kまで,温度・圧力をパラメターとして,パルス伝導度測定によってスピン密度波の運動に伴う誘電緩和に似た実験データを得た。この原因の解決は来年度の課題である。DCNQI系物質の金属-絶縁体-金属再入転移の起因の解明については,当初の研究目的をほぼ達成し,本年度はとりまとめを開始した。
