有機超伝導体の開発研究

研究概要	1.新しい錯体の開発:CH_2OH基を持つTTF系ドナー、ビイミダゾール、C_<60>、遷移金属ジチオ蓚酸及びジオキザレート錯塩を用いて、本年度は93種の新規錯体を開発し、結晶構造、電気伝導性、磁性、光学的性質を研究した。11種で金属的電気伝導性が見いだされたが超伝導性は観測されなかった。以前に開発した錯体α-(BEDT-TTF)_2MHg(SCN)_4(M=K,Rb)で超伝導が見いだされた(300mk以下)。 2.超伝導体設計指針:BEDT-TTF常圧超伝導体において、BEDT-TTF分子の充填様式と陰イオン層中の空隙分布様式に1:1の対応を見いだし、陰イオンの設計指針を提案した。結晶中での有効な伝導電子分布体積とTcの間に強い正の相関を見いだし、ドナー成分の分子設計指針を提案した。 3.既知超伝導体の研究:κ-(BEDT-TTF)_2Cu[N(CN)_2]Clで、有機物で最初の超伝導リエントラント現象を見いだし、重水素体で強磁性(Tc=23K)の発生を観測した。 4.C_<60>化合物の研究:C_<60>のアクセプター性を定量的に判定し、30種以上のドナーを用い電荷移動錯体の作製を試し、8種の黒色錯体を得た(新規錯体は7種)。これらの錯体のイオン性をIR、UV-VISスペクトルより判定した(全て中性である)。OMTTF・C_<60>錯体の結晶構造を決定した。上記錯体以外に、デカメチルフェロセンとC_<60>も黒色単結晶錯体を与え、その構造と磁性を研究している。 5.ジチオ蓚酸錯体の研究:遷移金属(Ni,Cu,Pd,Pt)ジチオ蓚酸塩を対陰イオンとするBEDT-TTF,BEDO-TTF錯体を作製し、構造と磁性、伝導性の相関を研究している。組成2:1の錯体はドナー分子の2量化による一重項-三重項の磁化変化を示し、組成4:1の錯体は金属的でパウリ常磁性を示すが、低温で半導体化する。低温まで金属的な錯体作製を検討している。
