研究概要

本研究は、溶媒抽出平衡の数値データの整理・収録を進める一方、これらのデータを利用して抽出条件の選択と結果の予測を可能とすることを目的とし、本年度次の成果を得た。
1.典型的なキレート抽出系、イオン会合抽出系はもとより、協同抽出系や種々の工業的抽出系のデータ、湿式製錬や原子力分野での有用なデータも適切に評価収集した。主な国際的な学術誌に掲載された1990年以降の研究について、各分担者で溶媒抽出関係の報告を精読し、その抽出データをデータ入力用フォーマットあるいは直接フロッピーディスクに収録した。
2.必ずしも定数としては与えられていない数多くの分配比や抽出率などの数値、あるいは抽出曲線についても数値化して収録した。データベース入力用フォーマットの自己添削プログラムを作製し、データ収集の際の誤りを少なくした。
3.文字認識システムにより、データベースへの入力作業の簡素化を行い、印刷された文字の認識率は高く、書誌事項の入力の効率が向上した。
4.原研で計画中のデータベースとの相互乗り入れについての検討を進めた。将来的に、IBM互換コンピューターでも本データベースを利用できるようにすることを考慮し、ハード、ソフトの面から検討を進めた。
5.報告のない重要な抽出系のうち、レアアースや貴金属の抽出について独自に抽出挙動を調べた。
6.研究の進め方、とくにデータ収集上の課題などについて、3度の研究打ち合わせ会で討論を重ねた。さらに溶媒抽出討論会において、本データベースの紹介、パソコンによるデモンストレーションを行った。
