染色微粒子を用いる新しい血液型抗原の簡便で高感度な検査法の開発とその応用

研究概要	1.前年度までに抗体及びレクチン類の固定化に用いた青色及び白色アクリルポリマー系微粒子に代わり、新たに種々の性状及び形状の市販染色微粒子について、各々の固定化方法、固定化条件を検討し、従来の染色微粒子との比較とその有用性を明らかにしつつある。 2.種々の血液型関連抗原に対する糖鎖特異モノクロール抗体の作成とそれぞれの反応特異性を詳しく調べているが、この内、抗フコシル糖鎖抗体や特異性の高い抗ルイス抗体、抗H抗体が新たに得られ、抗原検出のためにその固定化染色粒子が応用されつつある。 3.固定化微粒子の色は新たに5色増え、その使用目的に応じて色を変えることが可能となり、また蛍光強度の高いラテックス微粒子も新たに利用できるようになり可視できる凝集反応の他、蛍光測定による、より鋭敏な反応も検出可能となった。
