研究概要

1.大形の足底結節型1症例を2回照射で治癒。本例ではボーラスを使用して病巣底部線量を治療適当量にまで高め、好結果を得た。肢端黒子型2例を単回照射、経過観察中なるも1例は完治確実。顔面発生悪性黒子型単回照射、経過順調2.Mn・^<10>B・BOPPを黒色腫および皮膚血管肉腫細胞に投与、中性子照射。^<10>B取込みも細胞致死率も^<10>B・BPA・HClより遥かに大で本薬物は有望。3.1.記載患者の照射中および後の全身管理施行。4.深部熱中性子分布を調整するため、コリメータと照射位置間の距離、熱中性子ビームの方向成分比を調節可能とし、目的を達した。5.京大炉の治療照射場を構成する重水熱中性子設備の改造に必要な中性子エネルギーシフタ-の検討を行い、生体表面から深部に至る間の中性子反応率分布を計算した。6.UV,^<11>B-NMRでp-,m-,o-BPAの物性を比較した。p-とm-はよく似た挙動を示し、3つのpKa値もほゞ等しかった。o-は前2者と挙動が異なり、pKa値も2つしかない。分子内B-N結合のためであろう。7.BPA・(OH)n=_<0,1,2,4>の水溶性、細胞毒性、細胞集積性を比較し、各性質とn値間にやゝ複雑な相関性を認めた。8.交付申請書既記の予定通りBPA・(OH)_1とBPA・(OH)_4を合成し上項実験用に提供した。9.昨年度提示した考察に基き、厚さ1cm程度の黒色腫に対し、腫瘍最深部には治療可能線量以上を、表面皮膚には耐容線量以下を与えるような照射条件式を作成し臨床治療に応用。10.皮膚から瘤状に突出した腫瘍を包囲するように置いたボーラス(ゼラチン製の生体等価物)の効果を豚で検討後、1.記載ヒト症例に適用。11.剔出すべき脳腫瘍浸潤組織をもつ症例に^<18>F-^<10>B-BPAと^<10>B-BPAを投与、ポジトロンCT実施。数字モデルで求めた^<10>B濃度は剔出標本の実測濃度とほゞ一致した。12.交付申請書予告の治効対比実験では、治療群と対照群の生存率に差がなかった。マイクロカプセル化Gdを試作したが、投与実験未実施。
