作用素環の手法による作用素の構造の研究とその応用

研究概要

作用素論は数学の多くの分野で重要な役割を果たしており、今までに他の分野と密接に関係して発展してきた。その中で、作用素論におけるかなりの問題が作用素環の手法を用いて今までに解決されてきている。Hilbert空間上の正規でない作用素の研究はそれによって生成された閉部分環を考えることにより、自己共役でない作用素環の構造研究と密接に関係している。この研究では、作用素環論の手法を用いて、線形作用素の構造について調べることを目的とした。最初に、解析的接合積より定義されるToeplitz作用素やHankel作用素の構造について調べた。Teoplitz作用素やHankel作用素はinterpolationの立場からも重要であることが分かり、その構造として、Hankel作用素についてのNehariの定理や解析的接合積に関する距離公式についての成果を得た。これにより、解析的接合積の超回帰性について調べ、その距離定数についても論じた。作用素論の中心課題である不変部分空間の構造についても考察することにより、他分野への応用も考察した。
更に、Bougain環やDouglas環についての構造についても多くの成果が得られた。これらの理論を情報数学や幾何学などに表れる作用素の研究をすると共にその構造についても考察した。これらの結果は国際的に評価の高い数学雑誌に発表され、或いは、発表予定である。また、今後の発展も見込まれ、この研究を継続する予定である。
