希土類錯体の反応特性の解明と合成化学への新展開

研究概要	1.16種の希土類パ-フルオロオクタンスルホン酸塩を調製し,その触媒活性をグリコシル化反応,エステル交換反応,Friedel-Craftrs反応,およびヘテロDiels-Alder反応について検討したところ,対応するトリフラート塩よりも優れており,特にスカンジウム塩やイッテルビウム塩が際立って高い触媒能を有することが明らかとなった。新しい光学活性希土類錯体として,軸不斉をもつ16種の希土類ビナフチルリン酸塩を合成した。本触媒を用いる不斉ヘテロDiels-Alder反応の不斉収率は触媒の中心希土類金属のイオン半径を極めて敏感に反映することを見い出した。この結果は今後の錯体設計の指針を与えるものである。 2.強いルイス酸性が期待される新規ランタノイド2価錯体であるサマリウムおよびイッテルビウムトリフラートの合成に成功した。これらは優れた還元剤であり,その詳しい反応特性の解明に期待がもたれる。 3.中間体としてアリルサマリウムの生成を経るアリルリン酸エステルからアリルシランへの高立体選択的高収率分子変換反応を達成した。 4.ジアリールケトン/イッテルビウム(II)錯体およびアリールトリメチルシリルケトン/イッテルビウム(II)錯体を創製した。これらは前例のない脱酸素的炭素-炭素結合形成反応をひきおこすことが明らかとなった。 5.希土類錯体の関与する特異な反応として,シクロプロパン環のSml_2による還元的開裂反応ならびにアルケニルGrignard試剤やアルケニルリチウム試剤のセリウム塩による二量化および三量化反応を見い出した。 6.一連の希土類トリイソプロポキシドを調製し,これらを触媒とするアルドール関連反応を検討した結果,通常の塩基触媒では進行しないアルデヒドからの一段階二量化ジオール生成反応を見い出した。
