研究概要	本計画研究の主要な目的は、分子性導体の電子構造と荷電担体のダイナミクスを解明することである。まず超伝導については,極低温での^<13>CのNMRと電子比熱測定によって,非s波的な超伝導電子対の存在を支持する結果を得た。この実験では、試料の2次元面に極めて平行に磁場を加えるという巧妙な操作により,磁束が試料の伝導層間を通るように制御して信頼性のある結果を得た。また有機超伝導体として最高の臨界温度をもつBEPT-TTF系物質について,圧力・温度相図を明らかにし,有機超伝導帯において超伝導局在現象が生じることを初めて明らかにした。分子性低次元導体の低次元フェルミ面付近の電子構造とそのダイナミクスを明らかにするため,強磁場下の伝導測定などにより,一群の擬1次元,擬2次元性有機超伝導体のフェルミ面の構造を明らかにした。擬1次元導体の測定では,「第3の角度依存磁気抵抗振動」とも言うべき現象を発見し,その起因を理論的に説明することに成功した。また,(BEDT-TTF)_2KHg(SCN)_4のいわゆる異常相の解明においては,ミュー中間子共鳴によって内部磁場を検出し,反強磁性を生み出している磁気モーメントの実効値がO.001ボ-ア磁子程度にすぎないことを明らかにした。角度依存磁気抵抗振動の測定では,異常相で原因不明の磁気抵抗振動があることを発見した。その起因の解明を進めている。DCNQI系物質の研究では,金属-絶縁体転移が1次転移であることを潜熱測定によって明らかにした。また,光電子スペクトル測定などによって,電子エネルギー構造のフェルミ面付近の詳細を解明することに成功した。
