高機能性有機金属活性種の構造の解明と新規反応剤創製への展開

研究概要	平成7年度の研究計画は、ほぼ予定通り進行しており、平成8年度の大きな展開の基となる結果を多数得ている。 (1)臭化プロパルギルとの亜鉛と臭化プロパルギルとの反応により生成する有機亜鉛化合物の構造を測定温度を様々に変え、1H-NMRを測定した。-52℃で測定するとはっきりとした四重線として観測され、このことからこの反応剤は-52℃ではプロパルギル型であり、アレン型のものは含まれていない。 (2)硫黄原子により安定化された金属種であるα-チオアルキルサマリウム反応剤に関し検討を加えた。反応剤は1-クロロエチルフェニルスルフィドとニヨウ化サマリウムとから調製するが、この反応はGrignard型でも行える。これは中間体としてα-フェニルチオエチルサマリウムが比較的安定に存在することを示している。この反応剤をアルデヒドに作用させると、高いsyr選択性でβ-チオアルカノールが得られた。 (3)シラシクロブタンのシラシクロペンタンへの環拡大反応を二つ開発した。ひとつは、-(1-ヨードアルキル)シラシクロブタンをカリウム第三級ブトキシドあるいは酢酸銀で処理する方法であり、もう一つはエポキシ基をケイ素上に持つシラシクロブタンにリチウムイソプロキシドを作用させる方法である。 (4)五塩化タンタルを亜鉛から得られる低原子価タンタルをアセチレンに作用させると、タンタル-アルキン錯体が生じる。この錯体は種々の立体選択的な合成反応の重要な中間体であるが、本研究により、錯体を結晶として単離することができ、X線回析により錯体の構造解析を行った。また、ホウ素の置換したgem-ジクロム反応剤を創製し、アルデヒドから(E)-アルケニルホウ酸エステルへの簡便な変換反応を開発した。
