研究概要	本研究の目的は再生軸索成長円錐における (1)シナプス小胞膜関連蛋白質の局在 (2)情報伝達系蛋白質の局在を電顕レベルの免疫組織化学で調べ、成長円錐の伸長のメカニズムを解明しようとするものである。 (1)については、シナプトフィジン、シナプシンI、シナプトタグミンの局在を明らかに出来た。すなわち、シナプトフィジンとシナプシンIは小胞膜と細胞質に、シナプトタグミンは主に小胞膜に限局して局在していた。これらはいずれも成長円錐に高濃度に存在しており、小胞と表面膜との融合、つまり開口分泌様式によって膜が供給される可能性を示している。この他にRab3A、ラブフィリンの局在を免疫金コロイド法で明らかにした。 (2)については、プロティンキナーゼC(PKC)のそれぞれのサブタイプの局在を明らかにした。PKCの局在は細胞質にビ慢性にあり、かつ成長円錐に高濃度に存在していた。このことはPKCが成長円錐の機能に重要な働きをしていることを示している。
