研究概要	本研究では、「味覚、嗅覚では、受容器での化学情報が神経インパルスの情報に、非線形変換」されている事実を直視し、「非線形応答を活用することこそが、本当の意味でのインテリジェント型センサーを実現する道である」といった理念を実現を目指してきた。本年度の主要な成果を以下、紹介する。 1.味覚機能を持つ化学センサーの研究安定な発振を得る目的で、外部から電圧を印加する外部電源駆動型の化学センサーによる研究を行った。チオール誘導体や脂質で金電極を修飾した実験系により、味応答のセンサーを実現する上での基礎的な知見を得た。また脂質二分子膜に外部回路を結合し、「引き込み同調」による安定な非線形発振が得られることを見出した。この非線形発振の波形の理論的解析により、溶液中の味物質の定量・定性が可能なことが分かった。 2.味覚機能を持つ化学センサーの研究セラミック型の半導体ガスセンサーを用いた味覚機能を持つ化学センサーの研究を行った。今回特にセンサーに周期的に送風を行いその非線形応答によりガス種を識別する呼吸型センサーの研究を精力的に行った。センサー本体に周期的な送風を加えた場合についての詳細な温度特性について明らかにし、またその場合の伝導度の非線形応答を系統的に記録し解析した。これらの成果をふまえ、呼吸型センサー実用化のための非線形応答の定量的に信頼出来るモデルの構築を目指したいと考えている。
