リン脂質人工モデル膜の相転移にともなう動的構造変化の研究

研究概要	1.中性子スピンエコー分光器の整備を行った。昨年度からのモノクロメータの改良にともなう分光器の整備を行った結果、中性子スピンエコー測定強度が3倍増加した。フランスのレオン・ブリュアン研究所において分光器の性能比較を行った結果、ほぼ同様の性能を有することが分かった。各種コイル、スリット系等を整備して、分解能の向上を計った。さらに測定中性子強度を上げるために、2次元位置敏感検出器、大面積スパイラルコイル等の整備を行った。これにより、測定中性子強度がさらに数倍増加することが期待できる。 2.両親媒子系複雑液体の構造のダイナミックスを支配する相互作用を明らかにするために上記の分光器を用いて中性子スピンエコー実験を行い、散乱ベクトルQと時間tに依存する中間相関関数I (Q, t)を求めた。 (1)脂質膜の波状運動リン脂質DPPCは水の中でラメラ構造を形成する。この膜の波状運動のメカニズムをより明らかにするために、DPPC-水系に塩化カルシウムを加えた系で中性子スピンエコー実験を行い、中間相関関数I (Q, t)から拡散係数の散乱ベクトル依存性をを求めた。 (2)双連結型マイクロエマルジョンのダイナミックス非イオン性両親媒子を含むn-オクタン-水-C_<12>E_5系で、バルクコントラストおよびフィルムコントラストの試料の双連結型マイクロエマルション低温相、ラメラ相および双連結型マイクロエマルション高温相について中性子スピンエコー実験を行い、中間相関関数I (Q, t)から減衰定数の散乱ベクトル依存性を求めた。減衰定数の散乱ベクトル依存性はこれら系のダイナミックスの解明に重要な知見を与える。
