複素環を多数含有するチオストレプトン系大環状ペプチド抗生物質の合成研究

研究概要	合成の標的化合物である数種類のチオストレプトン系抗生物質ペプチドの1つのシクロチアゾマイシンの重要部分骨格、2個のチアゾールおよびチアゾリン環が連続して結合した特長的な部分の合成に成功した。これらペプチドを構成している要素として、α-デヒドロアミノ酸、チアゾールアミノ酸、チアゾールデヒドロアミノ酸とそのペプチド、オキサゾールアミノ酸、オキサゾールデヒドロアミノ酸とそのペプチドなどがあるが、これらはすべてわれわれが開発した方法によって合成できることを示した。これで大部分の主要構造の合成が終っている。さらに、同系統のペプチド抗生物質であるA10255GとJの共通主要骨格やベルニナマイシンAの大部分のフラグメント部分の合成にも成功している。また、いずれの天然物にも存在し環外に特徴的に結合しているポリデヒドロアラニン(ジ、トリ、およびテトラ)部分およびそのアミド部分も合成することができた。今後はそれぞれのフラグメントの縮合を行い、最終的に環化して全合成を行う積りである。
