研究概要

8.1 ゴム粒子強化形ポリマーの破壊靱性に対する衝撃速度依存性
ゴム強化PMMAを試験材としてロ-ザンヌ工科大学で試作された高速引張試験機により10m/sまでの引張速度で破壊靱性K_<IC>、G_<IC>の引張速度依存性を評価した。ゴムを20wt%含む材料は1m/sで靱性が低下するが、40wt%含む材料は10m/sでわずかな減少を示す。TEMにより衝撃破壊き裂先端部の材料の微視的観察を行い、ゴム粒子のキャビテーションに伴う界面からのクレーズの成長とその分岐、大変形域におけるシア-変形が靱性発現の要因となっていることが確かめられた。
8.2 耐熱製・高靱性ポリマーブレンドの相溶性と破壊靱性の向上に基する基礎研究
Flory-Hugginsの自由エネルギー理論による三元系ポリマー(グラフトSAN,フリーSAN,SMI)の相溶性の解析を行い、SAN中のAN量、SMI中のPMIの重量%について強靱性発現に有効と考えられる分子設計を行った。グラフトSAN33、SAN30、SMI55がその結果である。
8.3 熱可塑性樹脂を母材とするFRPの耐衝撃性と界面における損傷のメカニズム
GF/PA6、CF/PA6、GF/mPA6、CF/mPA6(mは変成を意味する)の4種のFRPについて耐衝撃性を実験的に調べ、GF/PA6が量もすぐれていることを明らかにした。
8.4 計装化衝撃試験法の信頼性評価
ロ-ザンヌ工科大学より技術転移により、一要素形、二要素形高速変位計の試作が完成した。
