研究概要	[食中毒原因毒の化学構造と起源の解明]1)「クルペオトキシズム」の原因毒パリトキシン類の同定と起源渦鞭毛藻 Ostreopsis siamensisの同定 2)ウミガメ中毒原因をらん藻類の炎症毒リングビアトキシンAと同定 3)サメ中毒試料から原因毒carchatoxin類を単離 4)アイルランド産毒化二枚貝の新規毒スピラミノ酸の構造決定 5)神経性貝毒の本体である新規ブレベトキシン誘導体の化学構造決定 6)オゴノリ中毒の原因物質ポリカバノシドの新規誘導体の構造決定 7)ニュージーランド産カキの毒ジムノジミンの構造決定と起源生物 Gymnodinium sp.の同定 8)ペクテノトキシン-7,-8とラクトン環の解裂したセコ酸の構造と起源決定 9)イェッソトキシン類の新規誘導体の構造と起源決定 10)シガトキシンの新規誘導体の構造決定 11)赤潮鞭毛藻Prymnesium parvumの溶血性魚毒プリムネシン-1,-2の構造決定 12)テトロドトキシン新規誘導体の発見。 [精密化学構造の決定] シガトキシン、マイトトキシン、ガンビエロール、ペクテノトキシン、ジノフィシストキシンの絶対構造決定、プリムネシン、ガンビエル酸の一部の基の絶対配置の決定、ポロニカムトキシンの化学合成による構造確認を行った。 [微量定量法の開発] 以下の微量分析法を開発した。 1)ペクテノトキシン-2、イエッソトキシン類、シガトキシン-4Aの蛍光HPLC定量法 2)シガトキシン類の化学発光定量法 3) ジノフィシストキシン類の酵素阻害に基づく迅速・微量定量法 [作用発現機構の解明] 以下の4項目について成果を得た。 1)トリチウム標識オカダ酸の調製と作用解析への利用 2)テトロドトキシン同族体を用いたラット脳Naチャンネルの微細構造解析 3)フグ筋肉Naチャンネル遺伝子の構造解析によるフグのテトロドトキシン耐性機構の考察 4)フグ血漿中のサキシトキシン結合蛋白の単離
