超反応性低配位リン化合物の遷移金属錯体化による安定化

研究概要	1.電子的効果を併せもつ立体保護基の開発 2,4,6-トリ-t-ブチルフェニル基(Ar基と省略)の純粋な速度論的安定化効果のみならず、電子的効果を併せ持つ複合型安定化置換基をいくつか開発した。ジチオキソホスホランやジセノキソホスホランに対する置換基の電子的効果についての知見を得る目的で、ジメチルアミノ基やジメチルアミノメチル基、ジメチルアミノエチル基をオルト位にもつフェニルジチオキソホスホラン類を合成したところ、^<31>PNMRのみならずX線結晶解析からも、NがPにかなり強く配位していることがわかった。また、このような複合型置換基を用いて、チオキソホスフィンやセレノキソホスフィンを単離することができた。 2.ホスファエテニルベンゼン類のパラジウム錯体の合成と反応複数個のホスファエテニル基をもつベンゼン類を合成し、そのパラジウム錯体の合成を反応生成物の解析を行ったところ、ベンゼン環のC-H活性化が起き、Pd-C結合が生成することがわかった。次に、パラジウム錯体にアルキルリチウム試薬を反応させたところ、アルキル化が進行した。また、一酸化炭素と反応して、P=C官能基をもつ安息香酸メチル誘導体が得られた。 3.2-ホスファエテニルリチウムのカップリング反応 (Z)-2-ホスファエテニルリチウムは、塩化銅(II)存在下、カップリング反応を起こし、1,4-ジホスファブタトリエンを与えることがわかった。一方、低温のまま、この反応に酸素ガスを通じたところ、2,3-ジクロロ-1,4-ジホスファー1,3-ブタジエンが生成することがわかり、その構造をX線結晶構造解析で確認した。
