研究概要	1.正・負イオンの同時計測法による超励起状態の観測 3原子分子の光解離で生成するイオン対を正・負イオン同時計測法で観測し、2電子励起リュドベリ状態を検出しその帰属を行った。3体解離に対応する同時計測信号のスペクトル系から、解離機構と励起状態の対称性について議論した。2.希ガス固体からの準安定原子の光誘起脱離現象 Ne固体表面から脱離する準安定原子の運動エネルギー分布と放出角度分布を測定し、表面に生成した励起原子が周囲の原子からの反発を受けて脱離するとき(cavity ejection 機構)、試料表面垂直方向に非常に鋭い角度分布を持つことを見出した。また、運動エネルギー分布関数から、1次または2次の表面およびバルク励起子が緩和した結果生成する励起原子の電子状態について詳しく考察した。3.希ガス多層膜に凝縮したO_2からの酸素負イオンの脱離O^-の生成効率曲線と膜厚依存性を、解離性電子付着に基づく2段階脱離機構によって解釈した。4.軌道放射とレーザーを組み合わせた極端紫外分子分光紫外レーザーと軌道放射を厳密に同期させて、気相分子のポンプ・プローブ実験または2重共鳴実験を行うための装置を開発した。今年度のマシンタイムで、ヨウ化アルキルをレーザーで光解離し、生成する中性ヨウ素原子を放射光イオン化して質量分析法でI^+を検出した。この装置を用いて、(1)振動電子励起分子の光吸収ダイナミックス、(2)特定励起サイトまたは特定の電子状態に特有な科学結合の解離、(3)光解離種のレーザー誘起蛍光、などの研究を行う予定である。
