研究概要

1.シスプラチン含有マイクロスフェア-を作製し、15例に臨床応用したところ、全身投与に比較して副作用が軽減された。また、その効果も同じ量のシスプラチンの全身投与に比較して高い傾向が認められた。
2.ヒト大腸癌に対するキメラ抗体と抗癌剤ネオカルチノスタチン(NCS)との複合体の臨床第1相試験の結果、副作用は低くなり、最大耐量は約四万単位と推定された。また、Human Anti-Mouse Antibody(HAMA)の産生がマウス抗体との複合体に比較すると抑制されていた。臨床第二相試験に向けて複合体の大量合成を開始し、必要な量の複合体が確保された。
3.家兎移植腫瘍の肝転移モデルを用いた検討で、リピオドール懸濁血管新生抑制剤TNP-470が、水溶液より優れていることが明らかになった。また、その副作用も軽減された。
4.proliferating cell nuclear antigenのmessen-ger RNAに対するanti-sense oligonucleotideが胃癌細胞の増殖を抑制することが明らかになった。
