研究概要	高等植物の多くは「両性花」をつけ、その中に雌性器官と雄性器官を分化させ、それらから形成された雌・雄配偶体が相互に情報を交換しながら受精し、胚発生につながる。これら雌・雄器官および配偶体の分化発達のスイッチ機構、受粉の際の自己・非自己の細胞間認識機構を分子生物学的手法を用いて解明し、有性生殖過程の基礎知見を得ることは、生命を理解する上で重要な研究領域である。本研究(平成7年度〜平成10年度)では、雌雄両性の分化・成熟過程と、受粉・受精過程の2つに焦点を絞り、それに関連する遺伝子を解剖吟味し、植物の生殖機構の解明を目指してきた。平成11年度の本研究では、これまでの成果をとりまとめ、発表論文リスト、および、精選論文集を以下のように作製した。 (1)研究の概要(和文) 7ページ (2)発表論文リスト合計 528報 (3)精選論文別刷り集(ひとり5報以内)合計 172報収録以上を2分冊(合計 1159ページ)として作製し、関係者に配布した。また、研究成果を一般学術図書として出版するため、平成12年度研究成果公開申請費を申請中である。
