研究概要

本研究計画の主要課題毎に研究実績の概要を述べると以下のようである。(i)「核反応の微視的シミュレーション理論による研究」の課題については、反対称化分子動力学(AMD)理論により衝突核の構造が殻模型構造かクラスター模型構造かが反映される反応過程の研究に大きな進展があり、これは量子力学的理論にして始めて可能となったものである。また、量子分子動力学(QMD)を広い入射エネルギー範囲に亘って適用し多くの興味深い結果が得られた。またクォークグルオンプラズマ生成の問題に対する種々のアプローチの間の研究交流も行われた。(ii)「直接反応理論による研究」の課題については、keV領域での核子移行反応や輻射中性子捕獲反応の研究が天体に於ける元素合成の問題にも関係して行われ、また現実的核力を用いた少数多体系での核反応の研究が核融合の素過程にも関連して進展し、さらに重陽子散乱の反対称化や分解効果を取り入れた研究の進展、更に又重い原子核の融合反応については表面振動や変形の効果を取り入れて精密な分光学的研究として大きく進展を見るなど、多彩な反応過程の研究が中間子発生エネルギー領域までに亘って進められた。(iii)「不安定核の構造と反応」の課題については、AMD理論がLi、Be、B、Cの全アイソトープの広大な領域に亘って種々の物理量の観測値の再現や予言に活躍し、中性子と陽子の密度分布の変形の符号が反対であるという衝撃的な理論の予言が実験データにより支持されるとする研究も提出された。また中性子過剰核を用いた反応の三次元時間依存Hartree-Fock法による研究が計算コードを大幅に整備して行われ、安定核とは異なって大規模に核子移行の起こる反応過程の解明が進んでいる。また、不安定核の構造の研究に非相対論的なSkyrme Hartree Fockによる研究と相対論的平均場による研究とが比較されつつ進められ多くの興味深い知見をもたらしている。(iv)「分子的構造と核反応機構」の課題については、我国のクラスター模型研究の卓越した研究実績に基づいた様々な進展が新しい理論の開発を伴いつつ引き続き行われた。例えば、軽い中性子過剰核での新たなクラスター構造の発現のAMDによる研究、中性子過剰核の反応研究における分子軌道法の適用、中性子過剰核の多体クラスター模型による研究、pf-殻領域のクラスター構造研究、などである。
