研究概要	今年度は追加採択であったために、計画の実施は11月以降となったが、短期間にも関わらず、ほぼ目的を達成することが出来た。この計画の目的は原子核物理とハドロン物理の研究者が協力して、従来の原子核模型と量子色力学との関係を探ることにある。今年度は短期間であったことを考慮し、分担者を中心とした小さなグループの中でそれぞれの研究課題について研究を進めることにした。研究グループは大きく分けて三つある。従来原子核は、核子間に核力を仮定し、非相対論的量子力学に基づいて理解されてきたが、一つのグループは原子核を核子と中間子からなる相対論的多体系として記述する試みを行なった。更に、核子をクォークから成るとし、クォーク間に中間子を交換させる模型の検討もなされ、現象論的に原子核を良く記述することが示された。二つ目のグループは量子色力学の有効理論を用い、ハドロンの構造やバリオン間相互作用の研究、更には有効理論によるパイ中間子光生成反応における低エネルギー定理の再現と破れについての研究などがなされ、既に論文として発表された。三つ目のグループは前に二つのグループの接点をハドロン多体系の高エネルギー現象や高温高密度核物質の解析に求めようとするものである。これらのグループは特に、量子色力学における和則を用い、種々の中間子の質量が核物質の密度によって変化することを予言した。このことは一番目のグループの現象論的な模型によっても予言されており、実験的に確かめられれば従来の模型と量子色力学を結ぶ糸口となることが期待されている。来年度はこれらのグループの成果を持ち寄り、相互の関係を深く議論する予定である。
