研究概要	研究組織を、次の二つのグループに分けて研究を行った。その成果を以下に記す。 A)従来型液膜を用いるバイオ分離プロセス発酵液からの乳酸抽出に対する最適抽出操作条件の検討を行った。また、カチオン交換体による抗生物質の反応抽出機構および速度の解析を行った(羽野)。硝酸銀含浸液膜を用い、エイコサペンタエン酸エテルエステル(EPA-Et)などの高度不飽和脂肪酸を汲み上げ輸送することができた(寺本)。支持液膜では、透過モデルより各相の境膜における物質移動係数を求めた。乳化液膜透過では解乳化を行い、エリスロマイシンの内部水相への濃縮率を検討した(江頭)。リン酸基を親水部に有する新しい界面活性剤を用いることで、酵素の活性を低下させずに、タンパク質の抽出分離が行えることが明らかとなった(中塩)。 B)逆ミセルを用いるバイオ分離プロセスタンパク質を対象に、変性のない状態での抽出や、バイオアフィニティを用いる選択分離を行うためのマイクロエマルションのテ-ラリングを行い、設計指針を得た(原田)。AOT-レシチン混合型ナノ会合コロイドを調整し、これに酵素を可溶化した複合系を固定相とした新規なクロマト型連続向流分配型マイクロ・バイオリアクターを開発した(駒沢)。AOT/イソオクタン系の逆ミセルを用いてシトクロムCとリボヌクレアーゼAの抽出挙動を調べた。シクロデキストリンを介在させてアミログルコシダーゼを抽出させる検討も行った(古崎)。AOT逆ミセル系によるリゾチーム、ミオグロビンの正抽出、逆抽出速度に及ぼす諸因子の影響を明らかにした(西機)。液膜によるリジンの分離に及ぼすキャリア、膜液、pH、塩濃度の影響を検討した。D2EHPAの2-エチルヘキシルアルコール溶液が膜液に最適なことを見い出し、バルク型液膜により良好なリジンの分離が達成できた(竹内)。
