研究概要

研究内容の概要は下記の通りである。
・核子量子系を用いた対称性と保存則の研究を以下の3方向からの研究にわかれて行ない、それぞれの実験及び理論研究を、それぞれのグループの特色を生かした形で発展させた。
(1)核反応(中性子核反応、含ストレンジネス核反応)における空間反転(P)と時間反転(T)対称性の破れ
(2)L-R対称性とニュートリノ(二重ベータ崩壊、荷電交換反応と核行列要素)
(3)超対称性とダ-クマタ-(スピン結合型ダ-クマタ-、シンチレーターやボロメーターによる直接探索)
・各グループに別れて行なわれた研究を、現状・問題点・相互の関係等について各テーマごとに実験・理論両面から検討を進め、三つの主要方向相互の関連について総合的な検討が行なわれた。
・核子量子系を用いた対称性と保存則の研究について主要問題の検討会と国際共同研究の基礎作りをめざして、1995年6月にはInternational Symposium: Weak and Electromagnetic Interactions in Nucleiを開き、また1995年3月には研究のまとめとしてInternational Symposium: FRONTIER'96を行なった。
