研究概要	平成7年度からの研究結果をもとに、以下のような研究を行い成果を得た。 1。前二年間で蓄積した人工格子結晶成長のガイドラインを酸化物のみならずカルコゲナイド(Se,Te化物)に拡張し、計算科学の手法を併せ用いるころにより、人工格子材料創成の基本原理を確立した。 2。物性発現と人工格子構造との関係:設計して形成した人工構造において、構造パラメータと物性との関係を明らかにした。誘電特性においては、積層周期と格子歪み及びカチオンの2次元配列の効果を、伝導特性においては金属酸化物、硫化物ブロック層の繰り返し厚さとチャージ供給層のフィリング効果又、カルコゲナイト系で、バンドギャップと光電変換特性を系統的に整理し、人工格子物性発現の統一的な原理を導いた。
