研究概要

本研究の目的は,超伝導セラミックスをはじめとする酸化物系,非酸化物系セラミックスを使用し,紫外線エキシマレーザーにより,ミクロンサイズの要求するパターン構造を製作する技術を確立することである.
研究実績をまとめる。
1.セラミックスのレーザー加工 (1)エキシマレーザー加工システム レーザー光の良質化に関する知見,試料位置決めの高精度技法に関する知見ならびにレーザー加工システムの最適化に関する基本特性を蓄積した.(2)セラミックス材料の作製 YBaCuO系超伝導体ならびにセラミックス-金属系傾斜機能材料を作製した.作製条件を変えた種々の試料を準備した.(3)セラミックスのレーザーアブレーション ストリークカメラ画像処理システムによりアブレーション機構の解明を行い,アブレーション速度に関わる加工パラメータの最適化実験を試みた.(4)エキシマレーザーによる超微細加工 レーザー加工パラメータの最適条件を探り,ミクロンサイズの加工ならびに表面処理実験を行った.セラミックスの非熱光化学反応過程による微細加工をエキシマレーザーアブレーション加工で実現した.
2.総合キャラクタリゼーション 三次元形状計測システムを用いて加工部の幾何学的形状,表面粗さ等の品質の検討を行った.電子顕微鏡で組成分布の解析を行った.光音響診断システムで形状ならびに材料組成診断を行った.
3.成果のまとめ 研究成果を学会誌・国際会議・学会研究会で発表し,報告書を作成した.
