広温度領域にわたる磁場中高周波インピーダンス精密測定法の開発

研究概要

本年度は以下の成果から得られた。
1)ボロメトリックな手法を用いて磁場中で表面抵抗を測定する測定システムを、作成した。
2)高温超伝導体微少単結晶を用いて、混合状態での表面抵抗の磁場依存性を測定した。より具体的には、(i)Bi-2212系単結晶で最近報告されたようなジョセフソンプラズマ共鳴吸収を定量的にも定性的にも確認した。(ii)Bi-2212系とブロック層のみが異なるTl-2212系でもマイクロ波吸収の磁場依存性の測定を行なったが、マイクロ波領域にジョセフソンプラズマ共鳴は観測されなかった。これは。この物質の異方性が非常に小さい為と考えられる。(iii)ブロック層は同一で、CuO2層の重なりが異なるBi-2201系についてマイクロ波吸収の磁場依存性の測定を行なったところ、ジョセフソンプラズマ共鳴が観測された。しかし、Bi-2212系のそれと比較した場合、共鳴磁場が1/100程度である、共鳴ピークが非対称である、共鳴磁場の温度依存性が非常に複雑であり、特に低温極限で共鳴磁場は増大する等の点で非常に異なっている。これらの差異の多くは、Bi-2201系の異方性が極めて強いために磁束渦糸が三次元的であることによると考えると定性的に理解できることを示した。
