研究概要

ヒスチジンを含むサイクリックペプチドを4種類化学合成した。これらの合成に成功したことを機器分析により確認した後、高分子タンパク質と反応させ抗原の調整を行った。現在これらの抗原を用いてウサギ8羽に抗体を作製させている最中である。抗体の作製には少なくとも4ケ月以上必要である。
抗体の作製に成功したら、微量定量法の確立と免疫組織化学的手法により、生体成分としての可能性の追求を行う予定である。
さらに現在確立しつつある器官培養法によって生理作用の解明に研究を進めていく予定である。
当初の計画では4名の研究者であったが、2名の配置換えや転勤によって参加できなくなったため、2名の研究者で研究を進めている。やや遅れているが、平成8年度も継続であるので遅れをとり戻したい。
