研究概要

1:単位根が含まれる時系列過程について、確定トレンド変数項の「折れ曲がり」を想定した検定の性質を、数値的に分析してきた。1997年11月にオーストラリア(タスマニア大学、タスマニア州ホバ-ト)で開かれた国際学会「World Congress of the Model Simulation Society」で招待論文として報告した。また同論文は「Journal of Mathematics and Computers in Simulation」に採択された。(紙面の都合で次ページ研究成果にはこの論文は示していない。)
2:単位根が含まれる時系列過程について、確定トレンド変数項の「折れ曲がり」を想定した検定の改良を行った。この論文は、1997年7月に香港で開かれた国際学会「Far Eastern Meeting of the Econometric Society」において報告された。(研究成果には示していない。)
3:単位根検定において、その実証上の例としてとみに有名なのは、Nelson-Plosserによる米国マクロデータの解析を行った論文である。この論文の手法を改良し、同じデータについて新しい分析結果を出したのが「ARIMA Approach to the Unit Root Analyses of Macro Economic time Series」であるが、この論文は日本統計学会誌に掲載された。
4:同上論文の検定の性質を理論的に分析したのが「ARMA and ARIMA Approaches to the Unit Root Analyses of Macro Economic Variables」で、雑誌「Mathematics snd Computers in Simulation」に掲載された。
5:同時方程式モデルについての外生性の検定の論文「Switching Orthogonality」は、International Economic Reviewに掲載された。この論文は外生性検定に新しい観点をもたらすもので、応用性に富むことが知られている。
以上のように、当科学研究費のおかげで、この3年間研究は順調に伸展してきた。当申請を採択して下さったことを深く感謝します。
