微分方程式の数値解析の研究

研究概要	本研究では、微分方程式の数学的研究を基礎とする数値計算法の開発、解析、実証、さらには数値シミュレーションによる微分方程式の解の性質の解明などへのフィードバック等を目的とする。特に固体力学(なかでも平板の面内伸および面外曲げ問題)、流体力学、電磁場問題など、工学、産業からの要求の高い分野での数値計算法の開発、検証を目指し、工学者の対応のみでは限界に達している分野に何らかの解決の糸口を見つけけることを目指した。本年度の研究では、等に工学などで広く用いられている有限要素法等を、偏微分方程式の数値解析手法としてとらえ、計算法の考案、有限要素モデルの開発、改良と評価、数学的な誤差解析などを実施した。まず、有限要素法モデルの開発と改良の研究を実施した。特にセレンディピティ要素の改良と誤差評価、板曲げ用の有限要素の開発と数値実験などに力点を置いた。前者については、8節点2次セレンディピティ要素の改良法を考案し、研究しさらにその誤差評価を実施し改良が実際に有効なことを確認している。後者については、各種の要素の開発と検証を実施している。とくに、混合法において時に生じる数値的不安定性を解消するため一種の安定化法を考案し、四辺形要素を開発した。得られた要素の一部は形状最適化プログラムOPTISHAPEのプログラムライブラリーに組み込まれ、一般ユーザーが利用できるようになっている。また、開発にあたっては、数値解析装置の備品を有効に活用した。そのほか,従来からの研究課題である静磁場問題の解析法の研究を継続している。また分担者と協力して、有限要素法の数学的定式化と誤差評価などの数学的基礎の研究をすすめ、とくにLarangeの未定乗数法に基づく有限要素法である混合型有限要素法の各種の応用などを目指している。
