量子性の強い低次元反強磁性体のマグノン励起とそのラマン散乱に関する理論と数値計算

研究概要

1 低次元反強磁性体におけるマグノン励起及び磁気ラマン散乱の理論を、結晶の対称性との関連を明らかにしつつ、交換散乱メカニズムのスピン波による表現方法の問題に視点をおいて検討した。具体的には、三角格子反強磁性系を対象としてマグノンの分散関係、量子効果及びラマン散乱スペクトルを求めた。その際、計算機上で数値的にボゴリューボフ変換を構成する方法の理論的裏付けをした。特記すべき点は、各副格子によって量子効果によるスピンの縮みが異なることを明らかにしたことである。これは、本研究によって初めて指摘された。具体的な層状物質への適用も含めこれらの結果は文献1(Physical Review)に公表した。
2 この方法と特に強磁場中での三角格子反強磁性体の量子スピン効果の問題に適用した。特に、純粋な平面系と現実の層状三角格子との相違を論じた。それにより、従来量子効果は小さいとされていた強磁場中でも三角格子系のようなノンコリニア系では本質的な効果を及ぼすことを指摘した。また、スピン波分散と「磁場中での非自明な連続縮退」との関係についても解明した。これは、文献2(Physica B)に公表した。
3 また、ここで論じた量子反強磁性問題は酸化物超伝導体の発現機構と密接な関係があることが近年指摘されている。そこで反強磁性的相互作用に基づく強結合超伝導Eliashberg方程式を数値的に説いて、反強磁性相関と酸化物超伝導との関係を論じた。これは、文献3(Journal of Physical Soeicty of Japan)に公表した。
4 さらに、低次元性に起因する量子効果の問題は、強磁場中での超伝導現象とも密接に関係することがわかってきた。そこで、強磁場中での強結合超伝導Eliashberg方程式を数値的に解いてその可能性を論じた。これは、文献3(Journal of Physical Society of Japan)、文献4(Physica B)及び文献5に公表した。
