研究概要

本研究では、重点領域研究「新高分子・ナノ組織体」の総括班として、4つの研究項目についての研究計画の推進、各研究項目相互間の連携・協力の推進、研究成果の評価と本研究領域に関連する情報の収集と調査などを行った。具体的には次のような事業を行った。
1.公開シンポジウムの開催 第3回公開シンポジウム(平成9年8月4〜5日、千里ライフサイエンスセンター、豊中):橋本竹治(京大工)による特別講演とメンバー12名による講演。第4回公開シンポジウム(平成10年1月26〜27、早稲田大学国際会議場、東京):増原 宏(阪大工)による特別講演とメンバー12名による講演、メンバーおよび班友によるポスター(79件)の発表を行った。
2.ワークショップの開催 第2回高分子の一次および二次構造制御に関するワークショップ(平成9年10月18日、日本化学会講堂、東京):海外からの研究者による講演とメンバー33人によるポスター発表。ナノ組織体の構築法と機能設計に関するワークショップ(平成9年11月15〜16日、信州大学繊維学部、上田):新しい試みとして8つのテーマに分け、それぞれについて問題提起とメンバーよりなるコメンテーターのコメント、班友を含めた全員による総括討論を行った。
3.ニュースレターの発行 平成9年8月4日、11月15日および平成10年2月25日の3回。
4.共同研究の推進 メンバー間の共同研究の推進を積極的にはかり、16件の共同研究課題を採択。
5.班友の依頼 シンポジウム、ワークショップでの討論のため、公募を含め班友58名を依頼。
6.総括班会議、班長会議などの開催 事業の推進と研究成果の評価などのため適宜開催した。
7.報告書の発行 ナノ組織体の構築法と機能設計に関するワークショップでのコメンテーターおよび参加者によるコメントをまとめて報告書として発行した。また本年度の研究成果報告書を発行した。
