研究概要	若い研究者向けの次の二つの研究集会を大阪大学待兼山会館で実施した: 「Hodge理論・Log幾何学・代数幾何学」1996年9月4日〜6日,世話係:臼井「曲線と曲面の代数幾何」1996年10月15日〜18日,世話係:今野前者では,若い研究者を中心にして,標題の各分野およびそれらの新旧の関係に注目して問題を見つけることに主眼を置いた.後者では,代数幾何学の土壌である具体的な代数多様体を具体的に扱う技をそれぞれの専門家に実演してもらった.これらの結果を纒めて報告集を作成し公表した. 臼井の企画で小人数合宿形式による次のワークショップを行い密度の高い討議をした: 「代数幾何学」1997年1月19日〜22日,於兵庫県多可群八千代町立宿泊施設エ-デルささゆり. また勤務時間外に自由参加として,中学生・高校生を主とした地元の人達との交流をした.この試みは双方にとって好評であり,その記録はインターネットの次の箇処にある: 遊佐毅(姫工大)のホームページ内:http://www.sci.himeji-tech.ac.jp/memorial/math/usa-j.html 日比孝之(阪大)の企画による大阪大学理学研究科での次の研究集会に旅費援助をした: 「計算可換代数と組合せ論」1996年9月.「多項式環とその周辺」1997年1月. 個々の研究実績としては次のような成果を得た:臼井はLog幾何学を使って消滅サイクルが回復できることを証明し,退化したHodge構造の変形の整数構造とモノドロミ-の記述を明確にした.中村は3次元Moishezon多様体が4次元複素射影空間中の3次超曲面と位相同型のとき,若干の条件下で,代数幾何的に同型となることを証明した.また古典的なMckayによる単純特異点の研究を表現論的に精密化した.川又は3次元終着商特異点の因子縮約,3次元および4次元の場合の藤田による自由性予想,余次元2の部分代数多様体に対する対数的標準因子の劣添加公式等の問題を解決した.向井は曲線上のベクトル束の分類空間中のBrill-Noether軌跡と偏極K3曲面の双対性を使って,種類11の一般の曲線を含むK3曲面は丁度一つ存在することを証明した.丸山は半安定層の分類空間の構成を,ある条件内の特異射影多様体上の半安定層の場合へ拡張した.宮西は開代数幾何的曲面について研究し成果を得た.今野は標準因子の自己交点数が小さい不正則偶標準曲面のAlbanese写像の構造を決定し,定義イデアルは2次式では生成されないことを示し,不正則数が4以下のときReid予想が成立つことを証明した.また3重曲線束の傾きの下限を与えた.齋藤と尾形はAbel多様体の1変数退化に対するスペクトルエータ関数の計算をし,縁付多様体の符号不足数を求めた.遊佐は構造層上の加群の非自明な拡大が微分作用素を使って自明化できる例をいろいろ調べた.本研究費の研究協力者によるその他の成果については発表論文表参照.
