研究概要

前年度に分離したラン藻の青色光受容系欠損株へのコンプリメンテーションによる青色光受容に関与する遺伝子のクローニングのために、コスミドライブラリーを作製(和田)。青色光によるラン藻細胞内のcAMP量変化に関与するcAMP合成酵素を特定した(大森)。クロレラの青色光呼吸がプロテインキナーゼ依存(神谷)。青色光によるフシナシミドロの枝発生における微小管モーターの制御を発見(片岡)。FAD含有酵素の基質-酵素複合体を分光解析し電荷移動誘起型の重要性を見出した(志賀)。ミドリムシ光運動反応の光受容体の細胞周期による生長を見出した(堀)。クラミドモナス配偶子の形成と維持に関与するUV-Aの光受容系にプテリンが関与(松田・斎藤・渡辺)。シダ胞子発芽への青色光効果に、低光量での誘導(フィトクロム)と高光量での抑制(UV-A/青色吸収色素)(菅井)。青色光によるプロトプラスト収縮が陰イオンチャネルを介する(飯野)。真性粘菌変形体の光フラグメント化を見出し、青色光型および近赤外型の作用スペクトルを得た(上田)。シロイヌナズナ6-4光回復酵素を発現・解析し、FAD結合蛋白であることを示した(山本)。PYPの情報伝達に関与するCheB等をクローニング(高橋)。
