研究概要

本年度は、薬物動態モデルを用いた化学物質のヒトにおける体内動態の推定方法とCATアッセイを用いたヒト臓器細胞に対する化学物質の発癌毒性の評価方法に関する総括的な研究を行い、各方面の実用化の可能性および問題点について検討を行った。6つのコンパートメントをもつ薬物動態モデルは、ヒト体内の薬物動態および奏効部位における薬物濃度の推定に有用であり、未知の化学物質の毒性評価に利用できるものと思われた。また、CAT アッセイは、細胞毒性や発癌機序に対して貴重な情報をもたらし、ヒトの細胞を用いている点で非常に有用な毒性評価法の1つと考えられた。今後、実験データをさらに入手し、モデルの信頼性を高めていく予定である。
