高精度放射線治療のための三次元CTシミュレータシステムの開発とその臨床応用

研究概要	1。精度確認用ファントムによる「ゆがみ」の定量化:前年度に作成した三次元CT装置のゆがみの精度の確認用ファントムを用いて「ゆがみ」を定量化した。具体的には、種々の撮像条件の中でCTスライス厚とテーブル移動速度、そして画像再構成アルゴリズムが、CT画像の辺縁輪郭とCT画像辺縁の「ゆがみ」値に影響することが確認された。その上で、テーブル移動速度が5mm/sec以下ならば、CT画像上に現れる辺縁輪郭の「ゆがみ」は0.5mm以内にとどまっていた。これらのことより、放射線治療計画においてもこの範囲内でのスキャンならば、らせん型スキャンの臨床応用が可能であると考えた。また、らせん型スキャンCT画像の影響条件によるCT値への影響は、境界面のCT値も同様にCTスライス厚とテーブル移動速度の影響を受けることが証明された。各々の数値が低い方が、CT値の変化は境界面で急峻であった。今後は、これらのCT値の線量計算値への影響を実験する予定である。 2。三次元CTシミュレータの開発:現在までに、三次元CTシミュレータと治療計画装置間のネットワーク化を完了した。具体的には、種々のラセンスキャンを応用した三次元画像を治療計画装置に転送し、三次元線量計算を行った後に、照射野情報をレーザー投光器に転送して患者体表面上に照射野を表示することが可能になった。現在までに試験的な臨床応用を開始しているが、本年4月より本格的な臨床稼働する予定である。
