研究概要

平成8年度に配分された本予算によって、目的とする標識化合物自動合成装置本体の中の自動分離・精製装置の主体である分取用液体クロマトグラフ装置を購入できたが、本体のうちのもう一つの主要部分である標識化合物自動合成装置の設置には至らなかった。しかしながら、平成9年度の当初概算要求において、未購入であった部分に関する手当てが可能との予測がなかったので、現在、その性能の追求と軽量化を目的とした仕様について鋭意検討を進めている。一方、すでに購入された分離・精製装置については実際に標識化合物の分離・精製に利用されており、その生成物は原子炉実験所内や所外の研究者達の利用に供されている。申請者らの現在の研究課題は本装置を利用して合成さたシスプラチンを始めとする各種^<195M>Pt標識家具物(DWA-2114R,254-S、カルボプラチン等)を利用して、薬剤と他の物理・科学的要因との間の協調作用の機構を調べることにあり、これらの標識化合物が世界的に見ても本実験所においてのみしか使えないこともあって大いに重用されている。^<195M>Ptの利用により細胞中のDNAと結合した白金量をも知ることが出来る点に着目して、申請者らによって開発された標的量解析法はハイパーミアと白金化合物との協調作用の研究において成果を生み出すのに寄与している。
