自律ロボット制御用ファジィ型非線形システムの構築及びそのリアプノフ関数構成

研究概要

1.安定な線形システムにファジィ制御をかけたファジィ型非線形システムの安定性は、ファジィ制御の入出力特性に大きく依存する。本年度は、ファジィ入出力特性を線形システムの非線形摂動とみなし、二次形式を基盤としたロバスト摂動法によって安定パターンの類別を行った。その結果,ファジィ入出力特性に基づく非線形性には、システムが安定になるためのある種のパターンが存在することがわかった。すなわち、ファジィ型非線形システムが安定性を持続するには、入出力制御特性がロバスト安定パターン内にあればよいという知見を得た。
2.通常、ファジィ制御にはファジィ推論を利用し、前件部と後件部のメンバーシップ関数の対応を考える。一方、ファジィ推論機構を構築する一つの手法として、ファジィ関係式を解き、入出力関係を定式化しておく方法がある。本研究では、このファジィ関係式を知能ロボット制御に役立てるという立場から、関係式の解法アルゴリズムについて研究した。関係合成としては、広く用いられているSup・min合成、Inf・max合成を採用し、その2つの合成関係式の解を得るための一つの効率的なアルゴリズムを提案した。
3.自律ロボットの行動決定には、入力情報と行動決定をいかに関係づけ、自律的に行動させていくかが極めて重要となる。本年度の研究では、視覚センサのみを持つロボットがいかに学習し、ルールを獲得しながら行動決定パターンを形成していくかについて調べた。行動決定機構としてクラシファイアシステムの前件部を視覚情報に、後件部をロボットの行動に対応させたが、経路探索問題への適用では、GAを用いた学習機構がまずまずの効果をあげることが確認された。
