アリルエステルと有機ホウ素ate錯体とのカップリング反応の有機合成への応用

研究概要

昨年我々はジオールとメチル基をリガンドとするアリールおよびアルケニルホウ素アート錯体がニッケル触媒存在下,第2級アリルアルコールの炭酸エステルとカップリングすることを報告した。ホウ素アート錯体/ニッケル触媒系は既存のカップリング反応剤と比べて高反応性を示す。
今回この反応系を,合成は容易であるが反応性のないアリールメシラートに適用した。種々検討した結果,ホウ素原子上のメチルリガンドをn-Buに変えたアート錯体を用いると収率よくカップリング生成物を与えた。なお,n-Bu基を用いているにも関わらずアリルメシラートの還元生成物は生じなかった。
第2のテーマとして,ホウ素アート錯体/ニッケル触媒系を光学活性アリルアルコール誘導体に適用し、カップリング反応における不斉転写について検討した。従来,ArZnCl/Pd触媒系で最高で60%の不斉転写が報告されているが、ホウ素アート錯体/ニッケル触媒系では90%の転写率で反応した。現在,100%の転写をめざして条件検討を続けている。
