大脳基底核-視床-皮質系ループの形態学的解析

研究概要	1. 今年度は大脳基底核-視床-皮質系の中で、limbic motor loopの解析を中心に行った。1)霊長類でもlimbic motor loopはさらに多のsub-loopsに分けられることが示唆された。辺縁線条体の外側部は内側前頭前野(mPFC)の辺縁前野(32野)から強い入力を受け、中間部(側坐核のcoreとshell)は辺縁下野(25野)と視床の辺縁系中継核(正中線核群、束傍核の内側縁)から入力を受け、内側部は延髄の孤束核と迷走神経背側運動核からそれぞれ入力をうける。現在辺縁線条体の出力回路について実験観察中であるが、下等動物に見られるような連絡系が霊長類でも存在する可能性が示唆された。 2)視床の前腹側核大細胞部(VAmc)(HasslerのL.po.mcに相当する)は連合線条体(尾状核の中間部)と前頭連合野の辺縁下野(25野)の両者に投射する。VAmcは運動系、連合系、辺縁系のインターフェースとしての働きがある予測出来る。 3)視床下核も線条体と同様に局在関係が見られ、この核の腹内側縁は辺縁系、内側部は連合野系、外側部は運動系、中間部には運動前野系と補足運動野系の関連領域が存在する。補足運動野系は運動野系に隣接し、運動前野系は連合野系に隣接する領域に見られる。 2. その他、前庭神経核から視床への投射をビオサイチンデキストランアミン(BDA)法で観察し、前庭神経核は視床の束傍核(Pf)-正中中心核(CM)を介して大脳基底核に連絡する回路が存在し、前庭系が基底核を介して運動の制御に関与することが示唆される。また、前庭神経核は視床の髄板内核を介して前頭眼野と頭頂連合野に投射し、眼球運動の制御および空間認知機能に関与することが考えられる。 3. 視床の外側腹核吻側部(VL?)の皮質投射をBDA法により観察した結果、VLoの吻側内側部は固有補足運動野に、他のVLoは運動野にそれぞれ表層性と深層性の投射をすることが判明した。
