研究概要	【平成13年度の研究実績の概要】分子の集積・組織体の設計の精密化が進み、得られた集積・組織体について構成分子の物性の代数和ではない協同現象が発見され、また制御された機能発現が下記の様に行われた。一次元デザイングループ【新海研究室】糖構造を有する新規なゲル化剤を用いて水、有機溶媒、イオン性液体に対してもゲル化挙動を示すことを見いだした。さらに糖部分を有するポルフィリンゲル化剤を新規に開発した。ゾルーゲル反応を利用し、単一分子が1次元的に集積した有機・無機複合体である1次元ナノ組織体を安定な状態で作成出来ることを見いだした。【君塚研究室】一次元ハロゲン架橋白金混合原子価錯体をキラル脂質で被覆した,新しい"自己組織性"の分子ワイヤーを合成した。有機溶媒中において脂質のキラリティーに依存したナノコイル超構造が形成されることを,原子間力顕微鏡観察から明らかにした。またこの電荷移動吸収は過塩素酸塩に比べて著しく小さなバンドギャップを与えることを明らかにした。二次元デザイングループ【梶山研究室】局所力学物性を考慮した有機単分子膜、高分子超薄膜のピンポイントナノ加工技術を確立するための、相溶系(脂肪酸/光応答性分子)混合単分子膜の構築に成功した。また、二次元空間に束縛された分子膜の力学物性の評価法を確立した。その結果、基板と分子膜の相互作用の分子運動特性に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることができた。また、分子の末端基構造制御に基づき、表面・薄膜物性を制御することに成功した。【筒井研究室】無機一有機層状ペロブスカイト化合物の真空蒸着法による薄膜形成手法において、微結晶のサイズを制御する方法を確立した。その結果、発光効率が格段に向上でき、電気励起発光素子の高輝度化が実現した。液晶類似化合物、自己組織化単分子膜などの自己組織性有機化合物を用いて基板上に大面積の自己組織化有機薄膜を形成する手法を開拓した。【高原研究室】シリコンウエハー基板上に有機シラン単分子膜を形成し、クロムマスクを介した真空紫外光照射による光分解で有機シラン相とSiO_2のパターン形成を確認した。さらに第2成分の化学吸着・真空紫外光照射、第3成分の化学吸着を行うことにより、3種類の化学的性質の異なる相が規則的に配列した表面の構築に成功した。フルオロアルキル成分とSiO_2のパターンを牛血清アルブミン(BSA)水溶液に浸漬した場合、BSAのフルオロアルキ相への選択吸着が観察された。三次元デザイングループ【古賀・岩村研究室】枝分かれ構造を持つ新規光応答型磁気カップラーと金属イオンからなる剛体溶媒中での集積体において、光照射後、磁石の一種であるスピングラスの生成が確認された。更に、同様の条件下、新たな発想のもとに単分子磁石構築を行い、今までに例のない光応答型単核単分子磁石の生成を示唆する磁気挙動を観測した。【大川研究室】異なるスピンの二種類の金属イオンからなる分子磁性系の研究を行ない、世界最高の磁気転移温度Tc=71Kの三次元フェリ磁性体の合成に成功した。又、透明磁性体のファラデー効果を研究して、磁気秩序状態で強い磁気円二色性の観測に成功した。新規磁性系としてシアン橋架け三元金属化合物の設計法を確立して、Ni(II)Gd(III)Cr(III)化合物でTc=57Kの強磁性転移を実現した。【入江研究室】フォトクロミックジアリールエテンの単結晶状態におけるフォトクロミズムに伴う表面モルフォロジーの変化を検討し、分子の厚みに相当する1nmスケールのステップが可逆的に出現・消失することを見出した。フォトクロミズムに伴い蛍光強度変化を示す単結晶ジアリールエテンについて3次元光記録・蛍光読み出しを検討し、5Tbit/cm^3相当の高密度光記録の可能性を実証した。総合デザイングループ【成田研究室】ミオグロピンのモデルである鉄ポルフィリン錯体では、配位場近傍の水酸基の非共有電子対からの負の静電的相互作用により、一酸化炭素と酸素が高い選択性をともなって識別されていることを見いだした。チトクロム酸化酵素のモデルであるヘム鉄-銅二核錯体のペルオキシ付加体を単離して、磁気的、電子的状態を明確に同定した。【青山研究室】有機ゼオライト関係では超臨界流体(二酸化炭素)中でのゲスト捕捉挙動を明らかにするとともに、工業的にも重要なブドウ糖から果糖への糖の異性化がランタン担持有機ゼオライト触媒により効率よく進行することを見出した。生体認識関係では中性の糖クラスターが受容体経由の遺伝子運搬に極めて有効に用いえることを明らかにした。
