研究概要

1.阪大・ベルリン工科大学・シカゴ大学でこれまでに研究開発してきた成果としての3次元医用画像処理のソフトウエア及びワークステーションを汎用ソフトとして交換できるようにした。また汎用のワークステーションとして普及できるように装備方法を検討した。
2.またIMAC 97(韓国ソウル),CAR 97(ベルリン),RSNA(シカゴ)97その他の国際学会にて最新の3次元医用画像処理の研究成果を情報収集し、汎用ソフトに反映せしめることができた。
3.上記3施設において次の専門分野の臨床医に対し3次元医用画像処理と表示の臨床応用について具体的な手法と操作手順を検討し、ソフトウェアを装備した。
(1)放射線医学における乳癌検診のための画像処理
(2)循環器病学診断におけるシネフィルムのディジタル化保管と診断支援
(3)内科学における肺の間質性疾患の診断 (4)心臓病学における心臓の寸法の自動計測
(5)放射線腫瘍学における治療計画の自動最適化
(6)脳外科学における自動脳血管トラッキング
4.中央に置くコンピュータ支援診断用ワークステーションの設計を行い、試作した。
5.装備するソフトウェアの高速化の仕様を設計し試作した。
6.医用画像電子保存共通規格仕様のMODドライブを装備し、医用画像を流通させるためのソフトを作成し、互換性の確認を行なった。
7.インターネットで臨床3次元画像をオンライン伝送できるプライバシー保護とセキュリティ対策の規格を作成した。
8.平成9年度の3施設における研究成果を交換しかつ発表した。
