複数結合の高選択的連続形成反応の設計と利用

研究概要	一回の反応で複数の結合を選択的に形成させることは、反応行程を短縮させ、効率的かつ経済的な手法となることから、現在大きな注目を集めている。我々は同じ分子内に複数の官能基を配し、電子の移動をこらの間で行ない、ブ-メラン型に元に戻し、この間に複数の結合を形成させることを検討してきた。その結果、連続する2回のミカエル反応を行って6員環に縮環した多環性化合物を、また連続するミカエル・アルドール反応によって4員環に縮環した多環性化合物を立体選択的に合成する手法を開発することができた。すなわち、複素環化合物の合成手法として展開すると同時に、シクロペンテノンの5および4位にα,β-不飽和エステル側鎖を持つ化合物について分子内二重ミカエル反応を検討し、ビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプタン環に縮環した二種の架橋化合物を高立体選択的に合成する方法を確立した。さらにこれらの方法を利用してセスキテルペン類であるセドランジオールの立体選択的全合成およびクルモリンの重要合成中間体の合成に成功した。上記分子内二重ミカエル反応および分子内ミカエル・アルドール反応によって、それぞれ5個および4個の不斉中心が一挙に生成する。そこでこれら反応を不斉反応条件下に行なうことを試み、例えば対称な分子構造を持つケト・エステルから三環性化合物を光学活性体として得ることができた。さらなる不斉収率の向上と応用面での拡大を検討している。
