研究概要

(1) もし標準模型をこえる物理がB中間子の崩壊を影響するならばどのような実験でそれが観測可能か検討した。特に今年はMinimal Supergravityの枠内で B崩壊、ミュウ中間子崩壊、K中間子崩壊などで標準模型の予言からどのくらいずれるか、実際に実験で測れるか検討した。
(2) もし標準模型以外の物理が存在したならば新しいクォーク間の相互作用が生じる。それを有効Four-Fcrmi-Interactionで表し実験でその様な有効相互作用がどのように制限されるか検討した。
(3) φ1の測定がFcrmilabのCDF実験で発表された。φ1の値は実験の感度があまり良くないので、意味が無いが、符号は意味がある。φ1の符号を理論的に計算し、実際実験と合っている事を示した。
(4) CPT対称性をどの様に今後測定するか検討した。特にCPLEARの実験結果が今までにない制限を与える事を示した。
(5) 3体の週状態のB崩壊過程からどの様にCP非対称性を測定するか検討した。
(5) 高エネルギー加速器研究機構で毎月B中間子セミナーを開催している。ここでは約30名の理論と実験の研究者がこれまでの研究成果を発表している。
(7) B Physics mini-workshop9月16日-9月18日を立山で開催し、理論研究の研究発表を行った。
(8) 国際会議Sapporo Winter Conference3月3日-3月11日をニセコで開催し、研究発表を行った。韓国、米国、ドイツなどから90名参加して、Bの物理をSLAC,CERN,DESY,KEKなどで行われる実験を視野に入れて議論した。
