研究概要	(1)マウスTL抗原に対する細胞傷害性T細胞(CTL)クローンを多数樹立し、これらクローンには傷害機構としてFasL系又はパ-フォリン系を使用する2群があり、両群の間には傷害標的細胞の特異性に差異があることを示した。 (2)モロニ-ウイルス誘発腫瘍(MBL-2)のヘルパー(Th)エピトープ(im)、およびCTLエピトープ(S9)を同定し、各々に対応するペプチド及び両者から成るキメラペプチド(im-S9)の免疫により、抗MBL-2CTL誘導にはキメラペプチドが最も有効であることを示した。 (3)マウス腹腔中には、NK1.1T細胞が常在するが、がん細胞の腹腔内移植により著しく増加することを示した。本細胞群はCD1や主要組織適合抗原(MHC)クラスIaの発現の無い腫瘍細胞に対しFasL系よりもパ-フォリン系を使用して、キラー活性を示すことを明らかにした。 (4)HLA-A31拘束性のCTLで認識されるヒト胃印環細胞がん(HST-2株)の抗原ペプチドF4.2を同定した。この10ケのアミノ酸よりなるF4.2ペプチド上のエピトープは9番目のTrp,アグレトープは6番目のIleであることを示した。 (5)ヒト肺がんに対するHLA-A24拘束性のCTLの誘導に成功している。また、HLA-A2陽性の肺がん患者のリンパ節リンパ球より、MAGE-3及びp53ペプチド特異的CTLを誘導した。
