研究概要

大動脈平滑筋細胞においてendothelin-1,vasopressinなどの血管収縮agonistは、細胞内Ca^<2+>を増加させる。このCa^<2+>上昇は、細胞内からのCa^<2+>放出と、細胞外からのCa^<2+>流入が関与している。細胞外pHは、この細胞外からのCa^<2+>流入に強く影響すること、これにはCa^<2+>透過性非選択性陽イオンチャネル及びCa^<2+>-release aotivated Ca^<2+>-influx(CRAC)に対する作用によると考えられた(J.Physiol 1997,503,2)。
更に、eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)などのω-3系多価不飽和脂肪酸は、このagonistによるCa^<2+>透過性非選択性陽イオンチャネルを抑制すると共に、EPA慢性処理細胞では、細胞膜EPA含量が増加し、agonistによるCa^<2+>上昇が著明に抑制されることを報告した。
